Commission Terms of Service

This agreement is between Honey Mei (the Artist) and you (the Client). By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Failure to follow these terms may result in a ban from future commissions and revocation of rights to the commissioned artwork.Note: It is your responsibility to read and understand this TOS. Please ask if anything is unclear.・ General Usage
Do not trace, reproduce, or edit my artwork without permission.
Do not claim my art as your own.
Do not use my art for:
⤷ AI training/generation
⤷ Blockchain-related activities (e.g., NFTs, crypto)・ Commissions
Turnaround times and commission types are listed on their respective pages.
Work begins after full payment is received and a slot is secured.
I reserve the right to decline any request.
Not first-come, first-served — I prioritize based on deadlines, complexity, and availability.
All commissions are delivered digitally.
Revisions:
⤷ Two free rounds of revisions per stage (e.g., sketch, lineart).
⤷ Extra or backtracking revisions (e.g., changing lineart during coloring) will incur additional fees, especially if due to unclear references or instructions.・ Payment
Payment via PayPal only, in USD.
Full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Payment plans available for commissions over $200.・ Rush Orders
+$50 or 50% of the total cost (whichever is higher).
Work begins immediately or within the following week.
Fees may increase depending on urgency.・ Commercial Use
+75% of the total cost is required for commercial rights.
This includes (but isn’t limited to):
⤷ Selling prints/merch
⤷ Monetized videos (e.g., music videos, commentary, animations)
Note: No commercial fee is needed for Twitch streams or video thumbnails.
Please ask if you’re unsure whether your use is commercial.・ Additional Charges
Complex designs or missing/incomplete references may increase the cost.
Designing new characters/outfits without references may incur design fees.・ Refunds & Cancellations
No PayPal chargebacks allowed. Violation will result in a permanent ban.
Refunds are only available if:
⤷ Work hasn’t started and 30 days have passed since payment
⤷ I cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances or client misconduct
If the Client cancels mid-way:
⤷ A partial refund may be granted depending on work done.
⤷ Unfinished work will not be delivered.
⤷ I reserve the right to reuse modified versions of incomplete work, excluding elements unique to your design.・ Artist Credit

On Twitch, use the "artist attribution" tool when uploading emotes and tag me as honey_mei _

By commissioning me you agree to all of the above terms.

Reactive PNG's can be used on stream using either a program (such as VeadoTube) or an OBS pluggin.Reactive PNG's will include a still/still blinking/talking/talking blinking assets.

For accessories that are not included in the original art work (such as hats, glasses or a sprout that can be toggled on and off) an additional surcharge of $5USD will apply for each.
